Caribbean Air Partners, Inc. has been in business since 2009.

Originally formed as IRC International in Miami Florida, as a contract service provider for PAIFA (Pan Am International Flight Academy) to provide Dispatch and Operations Consulting and training. We performed Aircraft Dispatch certification courses, ICAO Flight Operations Officer certification, Fleet Addition training, and other courses such as HAZMAT for both Civilian and Government customers.

In 2011, work began on expansion to the Marianas Chain, specifically in Guam, but had to be put on hold due to increasing customer demands in the Caribbean & Central America.

In 2013, IRC started to work on its own and evolved and added services such as onsite training for customers, Technical Publications, Process Improvements, IOSA Audit and training, for our customers throughout the Western Hemisphere.

In 2016, after completing a contract with a US carrier to achieve 121 Flag and Domestic schedule authority, we relocated to the Marianas Islands, on the island of Saipan. We became Marianas Aviation Services and opened a 1600 Square Feet (149 Square Meter) training facility and Office complex. We provided Flight Attendant Preparatory Training, Ground Handling Preparation Training, as well as contract training and support for other Aviation Companies. We also received authorization to be a CATS/PSI/Laser grade FAA Test provider, the first in Saipan.

Beyond training we did many consulting projects for Airlines and Operators all across the Asia Pacific Region as well for the Island of Saipan.

Marianas Aviation Services developed and operated the Saipan Airport Ambassadors, assisting inbound international passengers with the Automated Passport Control (APC) Machines in partnership with the Marianas Visitors Authority and the Commonwealth Ports Authority.

Marianas Aviation also has expertise in Project Planning, Airline Acquisition, Aircraft Purchase, Government Representation, Due Diligence and Airport Assessments.

Due to the pandemic, and its decimation of the Aviation and Tourism industries, Marianas Aviation established and new office in the US Mainland, and was merged into Caribbean Air Partners, continuing our long line of aviation training and consulting.

Since returning to the mainland in 2021 and now established Orlando, Florida 2021, Caribbean Air Partners has established a US FAA 14CFR part 65c Aircraft Dispatch Certification course (a partnership with Ajinse School of Aeronautics) as well as trained Government Inspectors from the Bahamas.

In 2022, Caribbean Air Partners grew again, now in the Bahamas with the partnership from longtime friends and industry veterans.

Caribbean Air Academy, Ltd. is pilot and ground school that will grow over the next few years into a full Flight and Ground Training Center, providing training for every facet of aviation employees.

The only constant for Caribbean Air companies is growth and improvement. Come join us as we continue to climb.
